Maryland Pesticide Reporting and Information Workgroup

2022 Update: The Workgroup completed its assignment and therefore no longer meets.

About The Pesticide Reporting and Information Workgroup

The Maryland Pesticide Reporting and Information Workgroup was created during the 2013 legislative session and is staffed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA).

The primary charge of the workgroup is to identify any data gaps in pesticide use and reporting that need to be filled and how best to fill them.

The workgroup’s recommendations are due back to the General Assembly by summer of 2014. An interim report will be completed in December 2013. (Scroll down to see materials distributed at each meeting.)
