Renew Organic Certification

All Maryland Department of Agriculture-certified organic producers must submit an annual update to maintain certification. Annual update packets are posted in early January each year and are due April 1. 

Producers currently certified by MDA are required to submit the following each year:

  • Organic System Plan (OSP) Annual Update 
  • Associated fees
